How this site is made
Last updated: November 5, 2026
URIDA helps people in the United States find government benefit programs and private support. This page says plainly how the site is made, so you can decide how far to trust it.
URIDA is not a government agency.
Who runs it
URIDA is an independent guide run by IROVENA. It is not a government agency and it is not affiliated with one. It has no government certification or approval, and URIDA's own screens use no government logo, seal, or badge. The official forms we help you fill in carry their agency's own marks.
URIDA is not a law firm, and nothing here is legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Where the information comes from
Every program in the guide links to its operator's official page and shows the day we last checked that page. The official page is always the final word: programs, forms, and deadlines change, so what you read here can be out of date.
Some programs are run by nonprofits, foundations, hospitals, or companies rather than governments. They are held to the same rule: an official page and a check date.
What we do not promise
The agency or organization that runs a program decides who qualifies and takes the application. URIDA does not decide eligibility, does not promise that you will get any benefit, and does not submit applications for you. If you upload documents, URIDA compares what it reads from them with the official criteria on your device and leaves out programs you clearly do not meet. That is not an eligibility decision; the operator makes that decision.
If you use the application preparation tool, you check and sign your own answers and submit them yourself, on the official site, by mail, or in person.
If something is wrong
Tell us at support@irovena.com. A person reads what you send. We compare it with the official page and, if the site is wrong, we fix it. Please include the program name and the page address, and do not send Social Security, bank, or card numbers.
What happens to your information
What you say, write, or upload in the guide (your situation, documents, photos) is used on your own device only. It is not sent to us and not saved by us.
Application preparation keeps your answers in your browser. Saving a draft is optional and off by default; a saved draft is locked with a password you choose and stays on your device or in a locked file or QR code you choose. It never goes to our servers, so we cannot recover a lost password or draft.
The Speak button works only when your browser can recognize speech on your device. URIDA does not record, receive, or store your voice. If you use the microphone key on your phone's keyboard, the keyboard's provider (such as Google or Apple) may process your voice. Reading aloud uses your browser's speech voices, and some browsers use an online voice; if yours does, the text on the screen may be sent to your browser's provider.
URIDA sets no tracking cookies of its own. irovena.com may show Google ads, which use cookies; the privacy policy explains how to turn off personalized ads. The tools that take your answers (application preparation, document scan, describing your situation) open only on app.irovena.com, where no ad code loads.
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary technical logs (such as time, address requested, and IP address) to run and protect the site. A problem report with fixed choices counts only the kind of problem, the screen, and the page language, without text or an email address. A message you choose to write to us is the only text you type that reaches us.
The full text is in the privacy policy.
Cost, ads, and donations
The guide is free and needs no account. Donations are optional, are processed by Stripe, and do not change what the guide shows. An ad is not a recommendation from us.
