This notice applies to the current public IROVENA introduction website. It is a static site presenting the company’s direction and areas of work.

Information we directly collect

When you submit the contact form, IROVENA receives your email address, topic, and message to respond to your inquiry. Resend processes email delivery; the website does not store the inquiry in its own database. Do not send government ID numbers, bank or medical details, passwords, or verification codes. Email processing follows IROVENA and the email provider’s operational policies.

Website delivery logs

The hosting provider may process standard technical records such as access time, requested address, device and browser information, and IP address to deliver and secure the site. That processing follows the provider’s policies and operating standards.

Cookies and external services

• IROVENA currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
• Contact email and message are sent through Resend to IROVENA to answer your inquiry; the website does not store the message in its own database.
• Your selected language is sent with the inquiry so we can reply in that language.
• This notice will be updated when new features change how information is processed.

For a privacy request, choose the privacy topic on the contact form. Requests that require identity confirmation are reviewed by a person.
